Rooms and Facilities

In accordance with Government policy there is a total NO SMOKING policy within the house.

Bedrooms

Bedroom 1 - Equipped with a king size bed and a single bed. This bedroom can be used either as a king double, a twin or a Family Room (one child only). The room is en suite with a full bathroom and electric shower above the bath

Bedroom 2 - This room has a standard size double bed and is en suite with a electric shower.

Bedroom 3 - This is a king double en suite with full bathroom and electric shower above the bath.

Bedroom 4 - Another standard double en suite with electric shower

Bedroom 5 - This bedroom has two zip and link single beds and can also be used as a king size double. Normally let as a twin, it can be converted on request to a king double for stays of 3 or more nights.
This room has a private wet room (shower, toilet and washbasin) situated down a flight of private stairs.

All bedrooms are situated on the first floor of the property

Bedroom Facilities

All beds are equipped with sheets, duvet, bedcover, pillows and pillowcases. Blankets and additional pillows are available in all rooms.
Duvets and pillows are all hypo-allergenic.

All rooms are equipped with -
* Tea & coffee making facilities and including speciality teas and coffees.
* Mini fridge with fresh milk and complimentary mineral water.
* Chocolate and locally made biscuits, together with a selection of sweets.
* Freeview Television with integral DVD player.
* Ironing board and steam iron.
* Hairdrier, curling tongs and hair straightener.
* Radio alarm clock and seperate stereo system.
* All rooms have spacious warbrobe and drawer space

All bathrooms/shower rooms are equipped with -
* Adequate towels and facecloths.
* Bathrobes and wraps
* Range of toiletries.

Both bedrooms and bathrooms have many additional extras giving that little bit of luxury.

Springfield is fully centrally heated with individual thermostatic controls in each bedroom.

Other Facilities

Our guest lounge and breakfast room is available to guests at any time during their stay. Sky satellite television is available in the comfortable lounge.
The sun lounge is also available to guests during their stay. Both lounges have settees and armchairs.

Parking - there is sufficient parking for 5 vehicles comfortably and this is to the rear of the house.

We also have secure storage for cycles and mountain bikes.

We have a large garden set out to lawn with flower and shrub beds, rock gardens and a small pond. There is a garden table and chairs, ideal for relaxing and perhaps having a glass or two of wine.
Feel free to explore the front and back gardens as much as you wish.

Laundry and drying can be arranged on request.

Pets
We are happy to accommodate well behaved dogs or cats (no more than two per room please).
Animals are not allowed in the dining room during breakfast service and we would prefer that they are not left alone in the bedrooms at any time.
Bowls, towels, treats and doggie bags are provided.
