From 1st April 2010 there will be a £ 2.00 per night per animal charge for dogs or cats.

Check in and Check out times

Check in times

Our normal check in times are between 16.00 hrs and 20.00 hrs. Should you expect to arrive outwith these times please let us know so that we can make the necessary arrangements to be available.
If you are running late on the day of arrival and expect to arrive after 20.00 hrs please let us know.

Check out times

Check out time is no later than 10.30 hrs on the day of departure.
If you wish to stay on later than 10.30 hrs please discuss this with us

During your stay we will need to access your room for cleaning etc. Should you wish to remain in your room after breakfast please discuss with us.

Deposits and Payment Terms

Deposits

We normally ask for a deposit of £ 20.00 per room booked to reach with us before your arrival.

Bookings made only a few days before intended arrival will not be subject to a deposit but we reserve the right to resell the room if you have not arrived by our latest check in time.

Guest Privilege Card holders and returning guests are not required to forward a deposit.

Payment of Balance of Account

We do NOT accept credit/debit cards. Payment of the balance of the account is due in CASH or by CHEQUE on departure.

Guest Privilege Discounts

We operate a Guest Privilege card scheme which is available to guests who have stayed with us before. This entitles the guests, their family and friends to discounts on the tariff ranging from 10% - 33% depending on the date of stay and length of stay.
